Inventory & Shipping Executive

SeamsFriendly is a growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fashion brand. We are looking for a highly organized

and reliable Operations Executive to join our team in Bani Park, Jaipur, and take charge of our inventory,

fabric sourcing, and shipping processes. If you are detail-oriented and love keeping things running

smoothly behind the scenes, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

● Inventory Management: Track all raw materials and finished goods. Conduct regular stock checks

and update inventory databases to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

● Fabric Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for fabric suppliers. Follow up on

purchase orders, negotiate timelines, and ensure materials are delivered on schedule and meet

quality standards.

● Shipping & Dispatch: Oversee the packaging and shipping of daily orders. Coordinate with courier

partners, generate shipping labels, track dispatch statuses, and manage returns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong Excel/Google Sheets Skills: You must be highly comfortable using spreadsheets to track

inventory, update order statuses, and manage vendor data.

● Attention to Detail: Precision is key in fashion e-commerce. You must ensure the right products

are shipped to the right customers and that stock numbers are perfectly accurate.

● Reliability & Punctuality: We are looking for someone who is highly consistent, punctual, and

disciplined in their daily routine.

● Good English Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to interact

with e-commerce dashboards, logistics partners, and vendors.

● Excellent Communication: You can clearly and professionally communicate with team members,

vendors, and delivery partners.
