Job Description
- IT & CCTV Executive – Roles & Responsibilities Manage and monitor CCTV systems, ensuring proper functioning and surveillance coverage.
- Maintain and update computer and laptop asset records (marking and tracking).
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC software applications.
- Manage mobile devices, SIM cards, and phone allocation records.
- Oversee networking operations, including LAN setup and connectivity issues.
- Maintain basic server knowledge and assist in server-related tasks.
- Ensure printer installation, configuration, and accessibility across all systems.
- Monitor and manage IT hardware such as keyboards, mouse, cartridges, etc.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure system security updates.
- Install and update antivirus software across all systems to maintain security.
- Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
