IT Sales Executive

About the Role Nexintel Synergy Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology company working extensively with Government Departments and PSUs across India. We are urgently looking for a dynamic, presentable, and technically aware professional who can represent the company, pitch our software solutions, and support official-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities • Pitch and demonstrate software products & digital solutions to Government Departments, PSUs, and officials

• Coordinate and attend official meetings, presentations, and discussions

• Prepare and manage Excel sheets, Word documents, proposals, MoMs, presentations, and reports

• Create basic marketing collaterals using Canva (presentations, brochures, one-pagers)

• Liaise with internal technical teams to understand project scope and explain it to officials

• Track leads, follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and submit regular update reports

• Support business expansion activities in Jaipur and Delhi

• Maintain professional communication with senior government stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi mandatory)

• Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Canva

• Basic understanding of software / IT systems (enough to explain workflows & features)

• Experience in dealing with Government departments or official documentation preferred

• Confident personality, presentable, and able to handle senior officials

• Willingness to travel for meetings and project discussions
