Job Description:We are hiring a high-performing IT Sales Manager to manage pre-sales, lead conversion, and client coordination for Indian and international clients.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently sell advanced, enterprise-level technology solutions and work with a strong, experienced technical team.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound leads (India & International)
- Understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Sell custom as well as ready-to-launch products
- Communicate confidently with clients via calls, emails & meetings
- Coordinate with tech teams for scope, feasibility & timelines
- Prepare proposals, quotations, demos & follow-ups
- Close deals and drive consistent revenue growth
- Technical Understanding Required (Sales-Focused):Frontend: React.js, Angular
- Backend: Node.js, PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter
- Mobile Apps: React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
- CMS & E-commerce: WordPress, Shopify
- Enterprise Solutions: CRM, ERP, HRMS, Biometric Systems
- Digital Marketing: SEO & SMO basics
(No coding required — solution understanding only)
- Required Skills:Excellent English communication & presentation skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation & closing ability
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / software sales
- Ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms
- Strong coordination & follow-up discipline
- Preferred:Experience with Indian & overseas clients
- Knowledge of lead platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, website leads, ads)
- CRM & sales pipeline management experience
