About the Role:-
Looking for a confident Inside Sales Advisor to handle inbound customer enquiries for certified diamond jewellery via WhatsApp, phone, and video calls. You will guide clients on designs, pricing, certification, and help convert high-value leads
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound queries via WhatsApp/Call/Video
- Explain designs, customizations, pricing & certifications
- Build trust and close high-ticket jewellery sales
- Maintain follow-ups & update CRM
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders & delivery
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in jewellery/retail sales
- Strong knowledge of diamonds (4Cs), purity & hallmarking
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
- Comfortable with video calls, WhatsApp Web & CRM tools
- Target-driven & customer-focused
- Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur (Work from Office)
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed + Incentives)
- Work Days: 6 days (Weekend working) | 1 weekday off
- Education: Graduate
