Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Merchandising

• Plan and manage jewellery assortment across stores based on customer preferences, region, season, and sales trends.
• Ensure the right product mix is available at the right store and at the right time.
• Coordinate launch of new collections and ensure timely dispatch to stores and exhibitions.
• Monitor best-selling and slow-moving designs and recommend replenishment or rotation accordingly.
• Maintain category-wise and store-wise merchandise plans.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Track stock levels across stores, warehouses, and franchise locations.
• Coordinate stock allocation, transfer, replenishment, and rotation between locations.
• Ensure proper stock depth and display stock as per store size and sales potential.
• Work closely with store teams for stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Monitor dead stock, ageing inventory, and non-performing SKUs.
