- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options based on occasions, budget, and style
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, materials, and care instructions
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays
- Stay updated on latest trends, new arrivals, and promotions
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain proper handling and security protocols for high-value items
