Launch Calendar Planning

To plan collections and their launch dates as per the events, festivals and market trends.

To prepare roll out plan (collection launch) for at least 3 months prior.

To share the roll launch plan with social media team.

Collection Planning

To brief the design team or vendor to develop the new samples.

Sample selection from the vendors or design team to curate the collection as per instructions given by the management.

The collection should have enough styles to launch. Also, the collection should have mix of earrings, necklaces, rings, bangles/bracelets etc.

The planning of collection should start at least 6 months before the launch.

To plan combos from the existing styles on website, for special events like Mother’s Day, Rakhi, Women’s Day etc.

Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in merchandising, jewellery preferred

Design background

Proficient in collection planning

Strong communication, conceptual thinking.
