Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diamond and gemstone jewellery, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for fine jewellery. Your role is to assist customers in selecting high-quality pieces, provide accurate product information, and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces, especially those featuring diamonds and gemstones.
• Provide detailed product information including cut, clarity, carat, and origin of diamonds and gemstones.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery trends, precious stones, and precious metals.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and showcases merchandise attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in stock management, tagging, inventory checks, and replenishment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in jewellery sales (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diamonds (4Cs) and various gemstones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.
