Job Description:Mahalaxmi Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Sales Manager to drive online and offline sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for jewelry, and proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and drive jewellery sales through online platforms and customer networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, product explanations, and sales negotiations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new collections and offers.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain sales records and provide regular performance reports.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury product sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in online sales platforms and social media selling (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) is a plus.
