Junior Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will support senior accounting staff, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Assist with payroll processing if required
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
