Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans.
- Generate bills using accounting/ERP software such as Tally.
- Ensure correct application of GST, discounts, and pricing structures.
- Maintain billing records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Verify purchase orders, rate contracts, and customer details before billing.
- Handle returns, credit notes, and debit notes efficiently.
- Reconcile invoices with stock and accounts data.
- Follow up on pending documents related to billing and payments.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing processes and audit requirements.
