Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end audits of completed customer KYC files, including those processed through video or digital verification channels.

Review documentation, data entry, and process flow to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Identify process deviations, potential fraud risks, and gaps in adherence to KYC norms (as per RBI or other regulatory authorities).

Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and escalate critical issues to compliance or risk teams.
