Job Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management: Handle daily operations of seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms.

Product Listing & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content, images, and pricing strategies.

Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, update listings, and ensure smooth order processing.

Advertising & Promotions: Run and optimize PPC campaigns, promotions, and deals to boost sales.

Account Health Monitoring: Ensure compliance with platform policies, resolve listing issues, and manage account health metrics.

Customer Service & Feedback Management: Respond to customer queries, handle returns/refunds, and manage reviews.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on sales, traffic, and performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, listing optimization, and PPC advertising.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools.

Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for product listings.

Ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an e-commerce agency or marketplace seller support.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

Knowledge of cataloging, A+ Content, and brand store management
