Job Summary : The Kitchen Helper assists kitchen staff in preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. This role supports cooks and chefs by handling basic food prep, washing dishes, and keeping work areas sanitary and organized.

• Key Responsibilities : Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables)
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
• Store food properly and label items according to safety standards
• Take out trash and ensure proper waste disposal
• Help receive and store kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
