Job Description
IT Lead Generation Specialist – Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects based on ICP
- Execute outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the Sales team
- Maintain an organized lead database in CRM
- Track response rates, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for campaign alignment
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or cold calling
- Strong lead research and prospect qualification skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
