Job Description:

Legal Eagle is looking for motivated and dedicated Law Students for a long-term legal internship. This role provides in-depth practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, and client interaction under the supervision of experienced advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct legal research and case analysis

* Draft legal documents, notices, applications, and briefs

* Assist advocates in litigation and court matters

* Attend court proceedings and client meetings

* Manage case files and legal documentation

*Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the preparation of RTI applications, legal applications, counter-claims, objections, complaints, petitions, replies, and all other legal pleadings and documents strictly as instructed and required in connection with ongoing and assigned cases, under the supervision and final approval of the concerned advocate/firm. The scope of drafting shall be limited to tasks specifically allocated by the firm, and no independent drafting, representation, or legal advice shall be undertaken without prior written authorization.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Law students (LLB 3-year / 5-year course)

* Interest in litigation and legal practice

* Basic knowledge of legal drafting and research

* Good communication and analytical skills

* Commitment for a minimum of 6 months
