Job DescriptionWe are hiring dynamic and motivated Loan Against Property (LAP) Executives to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with prior experience in secured loan products such as LAP or Home Loans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and telecalling.
• Meet clients to understand their financial needs and assess loan eligibility.
• Handle property documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement.
• Guide customers on interest rates, EMI, tenure, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up regularly with clients and banks for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 6 months – 3 years in LAP, Home Loan, or secured loan sales.
• Education: Graduation preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Local Knowledge: Must have strong area knowledge (Jaipur candidates must know the local market).

• Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory.

• Lead generation (field visits, referrals, telecalling).

2. Loan Product Knowledge

• Understanding of LAP, Home Loans, and Mortgage Loans.
• Familiarity with bank/NBFC processes, eligibility, and documentation.
• Knowledge of secured lending regulations.

3. Credit & Risk Assessment

• Assessing income documents and repayment ability.
• Basic knowledge of CIBIL/credit scores.
• Understanding property valuation and risk profiling.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Handling property papers, legal, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinating with banks/NBFCs for login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Knowledge of KYC, regulatory norms, and loan agreements.

5. Communication & Negotiation

• Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English).
• Negotiation on interest rates, terms, and conditions.
• Liaising with clients, banks, and internal teams.

6. Market & Local Knowledge

• Understanding of the local real estate market.
• Network of brokers, builders, and agents.

7. Tech & Reporting

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
• Maintaining MIS reports and follow-up trackers.
• Using smartphone apps/tools for on-field updates.
