Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end shipping operations (dispatch to delivery)
• Handling returns, RTO & reverse logistics efficiently
• NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management with courier partners
• Coordinating with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues
• Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
• Handling customer calls & WhatsApp messages for:
• Order confirmation
• Address verification
• Delivery coordination
• Updating order & delivery status in the system

Job Requirements :

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce operations
• Strong communication skills (calls & messages)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of courier portals & order management systems

• ⭐ Preference: Experienced candidates in logistics / e-commerce will be given priority
