Job Description

1. Stock Replenishment Refill vending machines with products (snacks, beverages, hygiene items, etc.) based on stock levels and usage trends.
Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO – First In, First Out).
Check expiration dates and remove expired or damaged goods.
2. Inventory Management Track inventory levels in each vending machine and report restocking needs.
Maintain records of stock used, deliveries made, and replenishment schedules.
Coordinate with the warehouse or supplier for stock dispatch and replenishment.
3. Machine Maintenance Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning, clearing jams, and refilling change or receipt paper.
Report technical malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team or technician.
Ensure machines are clean, hygienic, and presentable to users.
4. Cash Collection & Reconciliation Collect cash from vending machines securely and record amounts collected.
Perform reconciliation with stock levels and sales data (if not fully cashless).
Deposit cash to the assigned location (e.g., company office, bank).
5. Customer Service Respond to customer complaints or issues (e.g., products not dispensing).
Report repeated customer concerns to management.
Ensure the product display is appealing and machines are user-friendly.
6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily or weekly reports of refilling activities, stock levels, sales, and issues.
Document all incidents related to machine malfunction, theft, or vandalism.
Skills & Competencies Required Time management and route planning.
Attention to detail (for expiration checks, cash counting, etc.).
Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
Physical stamina (lifting, moving stock, etc.).
