Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a Maintenance MIS Executive with experience in fleet maintenance and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain vehicle job cards & service history records

• Prepare daily vehicle reports (morning & evening)

• Track engine, hydraulic & gear oil records

• Manage spare parts requests & inventory tracking

• Coordinate with mechanics & workshops across 3 cities

• Handle vendor bills & payment coordination

• Maintain accurate MIS data in Excel

Required Skills:

• Strong MS Excel & MIS reporting knowledge

• Experience in fleet/vehicle maintenance preferred

• Good coordination & communication skills
