Job Description
Roles and Responsibility : Direct and supervise a team of maintenance technicians by assigning work tasks, providing technical guidance, planning and scheduling routine maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime, developing preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and breakdowns, and supporting troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and basic computer-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
