Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market runs and procurement of daily supplies
- Daily headcount and attendance of PG residents
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (taps, drains, bulbs, switches)
- General building and property upkeep
- cleaning, dusting of rooms and common areas (if required )
- Assist in day-to-day PG operations as directed by management
Required Skills:
- Must know driving (two-wheeler required / four-wheeler a plus)
- Honest, physically fit, and reliable
- Prior experience in PG, hostel, or hotel preferred
