Job Description: The Manual Software Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that software products meet or exceed customer expectations by performing a variety of manual testing techniques. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing software requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify defects and ensure that the software meets the required specifications. Responsibilities: Analyze software requirements and specifications to create test plans and test cases Execute test cases manually to identify defects and ensure software quality Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner Work with software developers to reproduce defects and provide detailed feedback Collaborate with other team members to ensure the software meets quality standards Participate in software release processes, including validation and verification of software changes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to software testing and quality assurance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 2+ years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance Experience with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools Understanding of software development life cycle and software testing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time 8 am to 5 pm
