About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented OTA Management Executive who is eager to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience handling Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest calls effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and Airbnb
• Handle inventory updates, rate management, and promotions across portals
• Monitor online reviews and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with reservations and front office team for smooth booking flow
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation calls professionally
• Maintain rate parity and maximize occupancy & revenue
• Track daily pickup, cancellations, and OTA performance reports
• Identify growth opportunities to improve online visibility and revenue
• Skills & Requirements1–2 years experience in OTA / reservations / front office
• Strong verbal communication and call-handling skills
• Basic understanding of channel manager & PMS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical skills for rate & occupancy management
• Proactive, disciplined, and willing to grow from an early stage
