Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Expert – Hospital & Healthcare

Location: adinath ayurveda hospital raja park jaipur 

Experience Required: 3–6 Years (Healthcare preferred)

Reporting To: Hospital Management / Medical Director

About the RoleWe are looking to onboard a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Expert to strengthen and scale the overall digital presence of our hospital. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare communication, patient psychology, and high-conversion digital strategies. The candidate will also work closely with doctors and the calling department to ensure strong lead-to-patient conversion.



  • Key Responsibilities1. Digital Presence & Brand BuildingImprove and manage the hospital’s overall digital footprint across Google, social media, and online platforms
  • Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB), hospital website, and local SEO to increase organic patient inquiries
  • Manage online reputation, reviews, and hospital credibility across digital platforms
  • 2. Medical Content CreationConceptualize and create educational medical content including:

  • Doctor-led educational videos
  • Disease awareness reels & shorts
  • Preventive healthcare and lifestyle education content
  • Coordinate with doctors to simplify complex medical topics into patient-friendly content
  • Ensure all content is ethical, authentic, and medically accurate
  • 3. Performance Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan and execute high-ROI digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Generate qualified patient leads for OPD, IPD, and specialty departments
  • Track performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and appointment booking rate
  • 4. Calling Department & Conversion ManagementOversee and coordinate with the calling/tele-calling team
  • Train callers on:

  • Lead handling
  • Patient psychology
  • Appointment closure techniques
  • Monitor call recordings, scripts, and follow-up systems to ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into patients
  • 5. Analytics & ReportingTrack daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze campaign data, patient funnels, and conversion bottlenecks
  • Continuously improve strategies based on data insights



  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of hospital & healthcare marketing
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Experience in content strategy, video planning, and storytelling
  • Knowledge of patient acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
  • Ability to work closely with doctors, management, and sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media tools



  • Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare brands
  • Understanding of medical ethics and patient confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple departments with ownership mindset
