Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing market plans, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and assisting with marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and customer engagement efforts. Additional duties include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with dealers and clients, and ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and present marketing initiatives effectively.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Knowledge of the pump manufacturing or related industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using digital tools to support marketing efforts is a plus.
