Marketing Executive

This is a Field Sales Job and requires candidates to go to field to meet customers on regular Basis.

Sales Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered (optional).
