Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing software/IT solutions company specializing in ERP, automation, APIs, and Payroll/HRMS. We are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can build strong brand visibility, plan strategies, and drive high-quality leads.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for software products & IT services.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, email, SEO and content.
• Create and manage brand awareness, promotional materials, product brochures & landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Handle events, webinars, client demos, and marketing presentations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for product positioning.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT-related field.
• Minimum 1 years experience in software/IT industry marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and B2B lead generation.
• Excellent communication & content-writing skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and convert them into simple marketing messages.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, CRM, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
