Job Description

A Marketing Head in the electrical industry develops strategy, leads teams, manages budgets, and drives growth by overseeing brand, digital, and product marketing for electrical goods (B2B/B2C), focusing on market research, GTM plans, lead gen via multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM/Social), and collaborating with sales/product teams for revenue growth in this tech-driven, competitive sector. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies, lead a multidisciplinary team (digital, brand, content), manage budgets, set KPIs, and report to leadership.
  • Brand & Product: Build brand identity, lead new product launches (GTM), craft compelling narratives, and manage brand reputation.
  • Demand Generation: Own customer acquisition, design multi-channel campaigns (digital, traditional), optimize website conversion, and manage PR/partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to align efforts and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Event Management: Oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. 

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).
  • Strategic thinking & commercial acumen.
  • Experience in the electrical/tech industry is highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
