Job Description

  1. Intern’s ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Research & Shortlisting

  • Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Shortlist creators based on campaign requirements such as niche, reach, engagement, and audience demographics
  1. Influencer Outreach & Coordination

  • Reach out to influencers via DMs and emails
  • Share campaign briefs and handle follow-ups
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules
  1. Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in the execution of ongoing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Track content submissions, approvals, and live posts
  • Ensure brand guidelines and campaign requirements are followed
  1. Content & Trend Research

  • Research current social media trends, viral formats, and content ideas
  • Suggest creative concepts aligned with brand objectives
  1. Reporting & Documentation

  • Collect and organize campaign performance data (reach, views, engagement, etc.)
  • Maintain campaign trackers and reports using Google Sheets / Excel
  1. Brand & Creator Communication

  • Maintain professional communication with brands and influencers
  • Help resolve queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the campaign
