Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing activities to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales closures across residential and commercial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects (launch, sustenance, and closure phases).
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, social media, SEO, portals, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, brochures, hoardings, videos, and promotional collaterals.
• Execute project launch events, site activations, exhibitions, and channel partner meets.
• Generate, track, and optimize leads; ensure effective lead handover and coordination with the sales team.
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, campaign performance, and prepare MIS and management reports.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.

• Strong understanding of real estate marketing and buyer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or allied industries.
• Proven experience in project launches and lead-driven campaigns.
