• Content & copywriting: WhatsApp creatives, posts, brochures, proposals, email campaigns ke liye simple, clear likhne ki skill.

• CRM & lead management: Leads ko track karna, follow-up system, conversion aur renewal ko manage karna (Excel/CRM tools ka use).

Sales & business skills

• Sales process understanding: Lead se enquiry, survey, proposal, negotiation, closing, follow-up tak pura sales cycle samajhna.

• B2B relationship building: Hotels, restaurants, corporates, societies ke decision-makers ke saath long-term relation banana.

• Negotiation & pricing: Contract value, discount, scope of work, frequency, add-on services par professional negotiation.

• Business & financial sense: Marketing budget, ROI, cost per lead, cost per acquisition jaise numbers ko samajh kar decision lena.

Pest control & operations knowledge

• Pest control service understanding: Common treatments (cockroach, rodents, termites, FOH/BOH), chemicals, safety aur service flow ka clear idea.

• Regulatory & safety awareness: Basic regulatory compliance, documentation aur safety guidelines ka awareness (especially hotels/food industry).

Soft skills & management

• Communication (Hindi + English): Clients, hotel management, internal team ke liye clear verbal aur written communication.

• Team coordination: Technicians, supervisors aur sales team ke saath coordination, routing aur campaign execution handle karna.

• Analytical & reporting: Campaign results, complaints data, enquiry-conversion ratio dekh kar simple reports/insights banana.

• Problem-solving & adaptability: Complaints spike, season change, competition offers jaise situations me jaldi soch kar practical solution banana.
