Job Description:

Role Overview -

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) for our Skincare Division to promote and generate prescriptions for Aveil Skincare products among dermatologists, cosmetologists, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong doctor relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Doctor Engagement & Product Promotion-

• Visit Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, and relevant healthcare professionals regularly as per the assigned call plan.
• Promote Aveil Skincare products by effectively explaining product benefits, composition, and clinical advantages.
• Conduct product detailing and demonstrate product usage where required.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinic staff.

2. Prescription Generation-

• Work towards increasing doctor prescriptions for the company’s skincare portfolio.
• Ensure consistent brand recall through regular visits and scientific product discussions.
• Achieve monthly prescription and sales targets for the territory.

3. Territory Management-

• Manage the assigned territory efficiently and maintain a structured doctor coverage plan.
• Identify potential doctors, clinics, and dermatology centers for business expansion.
• Ensure regular market visits and maintain accurate reporting of field activities.

4. Sales & Business Development-

• Ensure product availability at nearby pharmacies and medical stores.
• Coordinate with distributors/stockists to maintain proper supply of products.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying untapped doctors and clinics.

5. Reporting & Documentation-

• Maintain daily call reports and submit activity reports as required by the management.
• Track competitor activities, product launches, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, prescriptions generated, and territory growth.

6. Promotional Activities-

• Support and participate in CME programs, doctor meetings, product launches, and promotional activities organized by the company.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns in the territory.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of skincare / dermatology products (preferred)
• Relationship-building skills with doctors and clinics
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to manage territory independently

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Any Graduate
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Experience0–3 years experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales
• Experience in dermatology or skincare segment will be an added advantage
