We are looking for passionate and skilled Mentors to lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative projects in the domains of Mechatronics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics. You will play a vital role in mentoring students and developing hands-on STEAM-based educational models and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and develop innovative projects in Mechatronics, IoT, AI, and Robotics.
• Design and build STEAM-based learning models and project-based experiments.
• Research and implement new techniques and ideas in experiential learning.
• Conduct simulations, prototype testing, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and programming elements.
• Mentor and guide students using enquiry-based and problem-solving approaches.
• Prepare documentation for design processes and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineering principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and design.
• Experience with simulation tools for testing and analysis.
• Competence in embedded systems programming and control algorithms.
• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong capability in developing STEAM models and guiding hands-on activities.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in innovative project development.
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Designing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Integrating sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Building and testing physical models and prototypes.
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
