Job Description
- Handle complete merchandising process for Kurti production
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and quality teams
- Follow up on order planning, fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per buyer requirement
- Maintain buyer communication and order updates
- Monitor production status, quality, and delivery schedules
- Prepare production sheets, costing, and order reports
- Resolve production or quality-related issues smoothly
- Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Kurti fabrics, patterns, and stitching
- Experience in textile merchandising & garment production
- Good coordination & follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reports
- Ability to handle multiple orders independently
