Merchandiser

Order Management : Receive, process, and confirm buyer orders, preparing internal order sheets

Product Development & Sampling : Get samples made, obtain buyer approvals (including lab dips for colors), and ensure specifications are met. 

Sourcing & Costing : Source fabrics, trims, and accessories, negotiate prices, and manage costing sheets. 

Production Planning : Create and follow Time & Action (T&A) calendars, schedule production, and ensure timely material availability. 

Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between buyers, production teams, suppliers, and other departments.
