Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Laravel, Flutter & MERN Stack Expert)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel, Flutter, and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling web and mobile applications, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of our fintech platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and MERN Stack
• Develop mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (Payment gateways, SMS, OTP, Wallet, Bill APIs, etc.)
• Implement secure authentication, KYC, and transaction flows
• Manage database design, optimization, and data security
• Handle server-side logic, background jobs, and API integrations
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams
• Maintain clean, secure, and scalable code
• Work with Git, deployment pipelines, and cloud servers
• Ensure compliance with fintech and data security standards
• Required SkillsLaravel (PHP Framework) – API development, authentication, queue jobs, and database handling
• Flutter – Android & iOS app development, state management, API integration
