Job Description

  • Support outlet operations by ensuring timely completion and correction of FMS entries, POs, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with outlets and teams for order processing, data accuracy, and report sharing.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints from Swiggy and Zomato, and share daily resolution reports.
  • Validate and update data related to factory receiving, inter-kitchen transfers, BOM sheets, and conversions.
  • Track outlet-wise pending tasks, charges, cancelled orders, and ensure accurate month-end closures.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including RM, category, and sales data.
  • Manage menu updates and troubleshooting on the Pet Pooja system for outlets.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support smooth operations.
