MIS Executive

MIS Executive: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized MIS Executive to manage and maintain data systems, inventory tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update inventory data on Google Sheets with high accuracy
• Maintain and analyze data using Advanced Excel tools
• Create and manage reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP
• Develop and optimize workflows using Excel Macros
• Perform regular data entry and data validation tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for operations and management
• Identify discrepancies in inventory/data and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy
• Identify and source vendors through platforms like IndiaMART

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets for inventory management
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)
• Good speed and accuracy in data entry
• Basic English communication and email writing skills
• Ability to find and evaluate vendors on platforms like IndiaMART
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Profile

• Experience in e-commerce / D2C / operations environment
• Familiarity with handling large datasets and inventory systems
• Basic understanding of vendor sourcing and coordination
• Ability to streamline processes and improve data efficiency
