Job Description

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Database Management: Collect, store, and maintain accuracy of data across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and optimize IT systems, ensuring data security and system efficiency.
  • Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality control checks.
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with departments like Sales, Finance, and HR to provide actionable insights.
  • Candidate should be flexible for working as CRM or MIS, we will provide them training on our jewellery software (Tiara)
  • Candidates from jewellery background are most preferred.
