Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview: We are looking for a Motion Graphic / Video Editor who can create short, engaging, and visually clear videos that explain business problems and software solutions. This role focuses on SaaS explainer content, social media videos, and testimonial edits with a strong storytelling flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 30–45 second pain → solution motion graphic videos
• Edit reels / shorts for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Convert static designs (UI screens, creatives, slides) into animated videos
• Edit testimonial videos (cuts, captions, pacing, and flow)
• Follow scripts, storyboards, and visual references provided by the team
• Ensure videos align with brand tone, clarity, and platform requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics / video editing
• (or a strong portfolio of SaaS explainer videos)
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Understanding of social media video formats, ratios, and trends
• Ability to deliver fast iterations and handle feedback effectively
• Eye for timing, transitions, captions, and visual storytelling
