Network (Support) Engineer

We are hiring a Network Support / Field Engineer with basic IT, networking, and computer knowledge to handle on-site broadband installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.

The role involves visiting customer locations, diagnosing internet and device-related issues, and ensuring stable connectivity by coordinating with the internal technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

Visit customer locations for broadband installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve speed issues, connection drops, and network faults

Configure and connect routers and related networking equipment

Identify and fix cable, port, and device-related issues at customer premises

Coordinate with the backend and network team for escalated technical issues

Ensure proper testing and confirmation after issue resolution

Support new connection activations and service upgrades

Maintain basic work reports and customer visit records

Required Skills & Qualities:

Basic IT and networking knowledge (routers, LAN, broadband connections)

Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Excel and Gmail

Ability to understand and troubleshoot internet speed and connectivity issues

Willingness to perform field work and customer visits

Polite and professional customer handling skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage daily field tasks
