Network (Support) Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Network Support Engineer (L1) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with basic networking knowledge as well as hands-on experience in ISP operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for network and internet-related issues
• Handle and manage OLT, ONU, ONT, and CPE devices
• Work on RADIUS portal for user authentication and management
• Generate and manage user support tickets
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, connectivity, and network performance issues
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
• Provide timely and professional support to customers

🧠 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN networking
• Hands-on or theoretical understanding of OLT / ONU / ONT / CPE devices
• Familiarity with ISP operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (for handling customer queries)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
