🎯 Role Overview

We are building an internal business operations platform (SWMS) to manage agreements, renewals, escalations, finance workflows, approvals, and reporting for our managed office portfolio.

We are looking for a logic-driven backend / systems engineer who can be trained on Zoho Creator & Deluge and take ownership of building and maintaining our internal applications.

👉 Prior Zoho or Deluge experience is NOT mandatory. Training will be provided.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal business applications using Zoho Creator
• Implement workflows for:
• Agreement tracking & renewals
• Escalations and approval flows
• Reminders and notifications
• Role-based access & permissions
• Write Deluge scripts for validations, automations, and integrations
• Integrate Zoho Creator with:
• Zoho Books (finance & invoicing)
• External systems via APIs & webhooks
• Maintain clean data models, logs, and audit trails
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and usability of the system

🛠 Required Skills (Must Have)

• 1–3 years experience in backend development (Node.js / Python / similar)
• Strong understanding of:
• Databases & relationships
• Business workflows & logic
• APIs, webhooks, and error handling
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
• Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset

➕ Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with:
• Low-code / no-code platforms (Zoho, Power Apps, AppSheet, Bubble, etc.)
• CRM, ERP, or internal business tools
• Basic frontend knowledge (forms, dashboards, UI logic)
• Exposure to finance, operations, or legal workflows
