Job Description
Calendar and Schedule Management : Coordinate and manage the Md's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication and Correspondence : Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and employees. Administrative Support : Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Coordination and Follow-up : Assist in office management by tracking deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and coordinating with team members as directed by the MD. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks. Task Prioritization and Problem Solving : Prioritize tasks effectively, multitask efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
