Office Boy ( Male)

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to maintain cleanliness, support daily office operations, and assist staff with routine tasks. The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and proactive in handling assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:Office Maintenance & Cleaning- Regular cleaning of office premises

- Dusting furniture, workstations, and equipment

- Sweeping and mopping floors daily

- Ensuring overall hygiene and cleanliness of the office

Pantry Management- Cleaning and maintaining Pantry

- Serving tea/coffee to staff and guests

- Managing and replenishing eatables.

Front Office & Support Work- Maintaining register entries for walk-in clients and guests

- Assisting in basic office tasks as required

Supervision Duties- Supervising housekeeping staff (swiper) for proper washroom cleaning

- Ensuring washrooms are clean and hygienic at all times

Other Responsibilities- Watering plants regularly

- Handling bank-related work (deposit/withdrawal, document submission)

- Managing courier and parcel dispatch/collection

- Collecting documents from clients when required

Requirements:- Basic understanding of office work

- Honest, punctual, and disciplined

- Good behavior and communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred:- Prior experience in similar role (not mandatory)
