Office Boy / Peon

Office Support:

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office premises, including desks, common areas, and meeting rooms.

·       Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages; ensure timely distribution and dispatch.

·       Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and data entry of basic logs.

·       Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies (stationery, refreshments, etc.), and report low stock levels to the manager.

·       Prepare and serve refreshments (tea/coffee) for staff and visitors.

·       Run official errands outside the premises when required, such as bank deposits or collecting supplies.

Warehouse Assistance:

·       Assist the warehouse team with light duties, including organizing stock, labeling items correctly, and ensuring a tidy warehouse environment.

·       Support the loading and unloading of goods/materials manually adhering to all safety guidelines.

·       Help with basic inventory control tasks and physical stock counts as directed by the warehouse supervisor.

·       Ensure all work areas (both office and warehouse floor) are free of debris and potential safety hazards.
