Job Title: Office Boy/Peon

General Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
2. Perform various office errands, such as purchasing office supplies, groceries, and other necessary items.
3. Distribute correspondence within the office and to external contacts.
4. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary equipment.
5. Handle basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
6. Provide support during office events and functions.
7. Ensure that office equipment like printers, coffee machines, and water dispensers are in working order.
8. Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, toiletries, and pantry items.
9. Assist in the maintenance of office security by controlling access and monitoring visitors.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the office manager or administrative staff.
