Job Description:

• Maintain Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with Office Setup: Help with setting up workstations, meeting rooms, and other office spaces as needed. This includes arranging furniture, equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Provide Refreshments: Assist in preparing and serving refreshments such as tea, coffee, and snacks for meetings, clients, and employees.
• Monitor and Replenish Office Supplies: Keep track of office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Place orders for replenishment as necessary and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Run Errands: Perform errands outside the office premises, such as purchasing office supplies, collecting documents, or delivering packages.
• Handle Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to company policies and regulations.
